It is an electronic tool (Food Waste Atlas) with free access developed by WRAP in partnership with the World Resource Institute, where all data on waste and food loss globally is gathered.
As part of our cooperation regarding the design and implementation of the Japan Tobacco International (JTI) annual volunteering calendar, we had the pleasure and honor of coordinating two important actions of the volunteers of the company.
The results of the program “Boroume at the Farmers’ Market” for the year 2018 indicate the saving of over 128 tons of fruit and vegetables, in cooperation with 23 farmers’ markets in Athens and Thessaloniki, and hundreds of enthusiastic volunteers.
