“Freskoulis offers an armful of fruits and vegetables" in collaboration with Boroume

We are very glad that we are part of this beautiful initiative and meaningful offer to people in need!

The Corporate Social Responsibility program of Eurocatering "Freskoulis offers an armful of fruits and vegetables” covers the daily needs of children and adults in fruits and vegetables, helping to ensure a balanced and healthy diet.

It started in 2016, and now it has been established as an annual program that renews its offer and action every year in October on the occasion of the World Food Day.

Since the start of the program in 2016, Freskoulis has offered hundreds of tons of fresh fruit vegetables – corresponding to more than 700.000 servings of food – to 41 public charitable organisations in Athens and Thessaloniki for the food support of 1500 beneficiaries in total.

In the first year, Freskoulis supported 10 institutions with 245 people, and every year it raises the number of beneficiaries. This year, Freskoulis offers "an armful of fruits and vegetables" to 9 charitable organizations, members of the Boroume network, who host and support 450 people.
