The Motivational Power of Boroume # 17
Aphrodite has become one more Food Saving Warrior. Due to her participation in the “Boroume Farmers’ Market” we have managed to offer more fresh fruits and vegetables to people facing food insecurity
173 tons of fruits and vegetables were saved for a good cause in 2021
Thanks to the participation of hundreds of volunteers and the generosity of the producers, we managed to carry out 929 actions in 29 farmers’ markets in Athens and Thessaloniki
2022 to be the year with even less food waste and more Food Saving Warriors
Our goal for 2022 is to hug even more charitable organizations, donors and volunteers as well as to strengthen our effort to reduce food waste
Boroume “We are family- AB Vassilopoulos”
With the financial aid of AB Vassilopoulos, we achieved to support in December 3400 families all over Greece

In December with the support of the "SOS Refugees Athens" volunteering team we managed to harvest almost half a ton of potatoes
