Alliance for the Reduction of Food Waste in Greece- 2023 Report

One of the aims of the voluntary agreement "Alliance for the Reduction of Food Waste" in Greece, coordinated by Boroume, is the exchange of knowledge, the dissemination of good practices, as well as the promotion of synergies between stakeholders and along the food value chain to maximize impact.
It is with great pleasure that we publish every year the Annual Impact Report, in which we record actions for the prevention & reduction of food waste, implemented by Members of the Alliance.
We warmly thank the Members for their substantial contribution -through initiatives & actions- to the collective effort to reduce food waste in Greece with significant social, environmental and economic impact.
To date, the total amount of food that has been offered through Boroume thanks to the support of Loulis Food Ingredients corresponds to more than 215,300 servings.
