The "Alliance for the Reduction of Food Waste" is constantly expanding and gaining multiplier dynamics!

The "Alliance" already numbers 45 "Collaborating Parties" *, who have signed the "Voluntary Cooperation Agreement", and is under the auspices of the Ministry of Environment and Energy.

 Food waste affects us all. At every stage of the food chain, from the field to our plate. To deal with it effectively, dynamic mobilization and coordinated action are needed. We are all part of the solution. That is why we created the "Alliance for the Reduction of Food Waste" in Greece, an initiative of the organization Boroume and AB Vassilopoulos.

In this collective effort, public authorities, professional and scientific bodies, food and catering companies from all stages of the supply chain, civil society organizations, bodies of the academic and research community join forces.
