A reunion at the Farmers' Market

A group of old and new food saving warriors-students at the University of Sciences Po Rennes, France, who did their internship in the Boroume team, came together at the March farmers' market on a Saturday in June. We thank them very much for helping to save 34 tons of fruits and vegetables in the Farmers' Markets of Thessaloniki during the first half of 2026.

The "Boroume at the Farmers' Market" program continues dynamically, saving fresh fruits and vegetables from the farmers' markets and offering them to people who need them with the constant support for the 10th consecutive year of The Hellenic Initiative Australia. Together we give new life to every unsold fruit and vegetable.
