Barilla Hellas ally of Boroume in tackling food waste

With particular joy we have been working with Barilla Hellas with a view to preventing food waste, and at the same time supporting people in need.

Barilla Hellas offered foods that correspond to more than 65.000 portions to charitable institutions cooperating with Boroume for food support to people in need.

More specifically, the company offered various types of foods of the Group (pasta, sauces, biscuits, bars, snacks, etc.) to the following charitable institutions: Better Life For Refugees, Reto Hellas, Stasi Zois, Association of “Saint Philaretos the Merciful", Faros Elpidas, as well as the social services of the Municipalities of Thebes, Fili, Marathon and Metamorphosis.

We warmly thank Barilla Hellas for this important donation in support of socially vulnerable groups, with a positive environmental impact.
