We thank chef Akis Petretzikis from the bottom of our hearts!

We first met chef Akis Petretzikis during his participation in the two-day Festival for the Reduction of Food Waste that we organized together with the WWF at Impact Hub in 2014.

Once the chef realised how easy it is with the help of Boroume’s model to save & offer food whenever you have surplus, his offer is continuous and very generous. Specifically, from the Kitchen Lab, the chef's workshop - kitchen in Agia Paraskevi, the offers in food and raw materials that have been left over from the testing of new recipes, the cooking seminars and the shooting of his shows, are regular and all these years support beneficiaries of social welfare organizations in the area.
