Barba Stathis SA supports Boroume’s work

We are pleased to work with Barba Stathis - as part of its Social Responsibility Action Programme - to support socially vulnerable groups.
Barba Stathis in 2019 supported the work of 26 social welfare organisations - in partnership with Boroume - including social groceries and soup kitchens (Municipalities, parishes, and other bodies), institutions for people with disabilities, elderly care units, and nursing homes.
In particular, the company offered vegetables and salads, foods that people experiencing food insecurity or poverty have difficulty in accessing, totaling more than 40.000 food portions.
