2nd Annual Report 2021 of the Alliance for the Reduction of Food Waste in our country

We are pleased to inform you that the 2nd Annual Report of the Alliance for the Reduction of Food Waste for the year 2021 is available.

The Alliance is a coordinated action in our country for the dissemination of good practices, the exchange of knowledge and the development of synergies around prevention and waste reduction at all stages of the supply chain.

The Alliance started in 2020, is coordinated by Boroume, is under the auspices of the Ministry of Environment & Energy and involves voluntary public authorities, food and catering companies from all stages of the supply chain, professional and scientific bodies as well as representatives of the IS (Information Society SA) and academic and research community. 

We warmly thank AB Vassilopoulos and its people for their valuable support during the launch and operation of the Alliance.
