For some months now we are fortunate enough to receive, in collaboration with The Hellenic Australia Initiative, outstanding and wonderful volunteers from Australia, who, while on vacation, wish to support the activities of Boroume.
More than 36 tons of fresh fruit and vegetables "were saved" from January to June 2017 from the 10 markets participating in the program "Boroume at the Farmer’s Market".
Another successful team effort brought about the planting of tomatoes in early June in the Field of Boroume.
