New program "Boroume in the Kitchen"

Yesterday was the official premiere of the 1st food saving cooking seminar of the "Boroume in the Kitchen" program at the Cooking Classes - The Culinary Center. The participants, 19 company executives, were informed about how we can reduce food waste in our home by adopting simple practices every day.

Then, under the guidance of chefs Michalis Malaxianakis and Konstantinos Viazis, using ingredients that we all have in our kitchen, they cooked a complete menu making such good use of their ingredients that in the end they have nothing to discard beyond the... lemon peels. The seminar ended with the participants enjoying their culinary creations together.
